We are proud to offer a clean, quiet and safe environment. The 15 MPH speed limit in Rancho Villa really allows our tenants to relax at home and enjoy walking through the community at their leisure and delight in visiting with their neighbors.

Rancho Villa has a Recreation Hall located at the front of the community where tenants are able to reserve (at no cost) for private family functions. Tenants also enjoy conversing at seasonal potlucks and activities that Rancho Villa sponsors. Christmas Bazaars and other events are also presented by our tenants at the Rec-Hall.

Walla Walla is a great place with lots of things to do. From trails to art galleries you will love living here.

Safe & Secure Storage Solutions

Rancho Villa has over 450 storage units including 50 RV storage spaces. The facility has many different unit sizes from small to large units as well as outdoor RV storage.
